Villa ALGEOS is located North-East of Corfu Island, 400 metres far from the seaside resort of Barbati.

This refurbished modern mansion promises to make unforgettable memories of your holidays, with its breath-taking view on the deep blue sea.

A few hundred metres far, you'll find the beautiful Barbati beach, with its private beaches, and, a few kilometres far, you'll find the beaches of Ipsos, Kouloura and Nissaki. Various restaurants and shops are present 500 m to 2 km far, while the city of Corfu and the airport are located 20 km far. A variety of bars and clubs can be found 5 km far, in Ipsos.

Villa ALGEOS, with a total area of 250 sqm with outdoor spaces of 400 m2, faces South and is set up in the middle of an olive trees field, offering a panoramic view on the crystal clear sea and on the city of Corfu.

On the main level, there's a large living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with bathroom (bath + shower) and WC for guests is situated at the middle level. Each room has a wonderful sea view.

On the lower floor, there are three other bedrooms, each provided with a double bed, of which one has its own private bathroom/shower/WC while the two others have shared bathroom with shower an a separate WC. The lower floor gives access to the pool and includes a laundry as well.

Walking out the ground floor, you'll find a wonderful terrace offering sea view, an infinity pool of 11x4 m surrounded with sun beds, an outdoor shower, under a pergola, a barbecue and a big dining table with sea view. At the back, a staircase will lead you on the rooftop of the villa, equipped with armchairs offering an incredible view on the turquoise water.
